CONTRACTUAL TERMS
By purchasing this ticket and attending the event, you (the “Participant”) agree, for yourself and your assigns, to the following terms effective from the ticket purchase date.

REFUND CONDITIONS
Any refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

1 Ticket Transfer and Withdrawal
1.1 Withdrawal by the participant for any reason does not entitle them to any refund, not even partially.
1.2 The ticket may be transferred to third parties who are at least thirteen years old, but it is prohibited to offer it as a prize in events not authorized by the Organizers.
1.3 The assignor releases the Organizers from any claims by assignees who do not recognize the exclusions of liability and the transfer of rights specified.
1.4 The transfer to third parties and the related name change does not incur additional penalties.

2 Event Changes
2.1 The Event timeline and lineup are confirmed at the time of publication, but the Organizer reserves the right to modify them at any time.
2.2 The Organizer has the right to change the venue and/or time of the Event due to force majeure or technical/organizational reasons.
2.3 All changes will be published on the website www.roninjjcamp.it, and it is the Participant’s responsibility to check for updates.
2.4 In any case, changes to the date or venue of the event, and the cancellation of individual activities from the Event program, do not entitle the Participant to any refund.

3 Event Cancellation
3.1 The event will take place even in case of rain, bad weather, or other adverse meteorological circumstances, subject to local authorities’ authorization. Therefore, the Participant will not be entitled to a refund of the ticket price in such cases.
3.2 Except as provided in the previous point, if the Event is canceled for reasons not attributable to the Organizers, the participant will not be entitled to refunds or compensation.
3.3 The Participant declares to have read, understood, and accepted all the contract terms. By checking the box next to the phrase that contains the link to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and in any case after completing the purchase, the Participant declares to have read and approved the content of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale also in accordance with the law.
3.4 Do not purchase any tickets to participate in the Events if you do not understand or do not agree with the terms of this contract.
