CONTRACTUAL TERMS
By purchasing this ticket and attending the event, you (the “Participant”) agree, for yourself and your assigns, to the following terms effective from the ticket purchase date.

1 Ticket Purchase
1.1 The Organizer directly manages ticket sales for the event and shares the right to sell tickets with STRIPE, the only other authorized entity for ticket sales alongside the organizing company. At any time, the event organizer may request additional information to be provided in order to access the event.
1.2 Any request arising from ticket purchases, including payments, shipping, and collection, must be directed to La Trottola SRL, which will respond according to its operational procedures.
1.3 It will be possible to book the experience included in the ticket and any other experiences only before the event date.

2 Event Area Access
2.1 The event ticket grants access only for the days and times indicated.
2.2 The Organizer may deny access or stay to users holding tickets not issued by authorized sales channels or found to be fake or irregular, reserving the right to take legal action in cases of counterfeiting or abuse.
2.3 The Participant agrees to follow the instructions of the security service and staff present in the event area.

3. Important: Event Area Access
3.1 The Organizer reserves the right to conduct security checks through the security service or staff and to remove the Participant in case of violations of the general terms, infringements of laws, orders from competent authorities, or dangerous behavior.

4 Minimum Age
Event Activities are reserved for Participants who are at least thirteen years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

5 Activity Risks
5.1 The Participant acknowledges the potential risks of the Activities and agrees to assume responsibility for any damage or injury.
5.2 The Participant agrees to immediately stop the Activity in case of pain or discomfort and to seek assistance.
5.3 The Participant freely acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with the Activities.

6 Health Waiver
6.1 The Participant declares to be in good health, releases the Organizers from any responsibility regarding their physical fitness, and does not report any medical contraindications.

7 Liability Waiver for Damages
7.1 The Participant releases the Organizers from any civil and criminal liability for damages arising from participating in the Activities.
7.2 The Participant releases the Organizers from liability for injuries, illnesses, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

8 Image Use Consent
8.1 The Participant consents to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Event by the Organizers and authorizes the use of their image for specific and commercial purposes.
8.2 The Participant waives any right to approve or review the use of their name and/or image, and ownership of the images belongs to the organizers.
